Yes. Most of our work is as the cladding sub on new builds. We coordinate start dates, staging and sequencing with your site super, and you have Brent's direct number for anything that comes up.
We plan around your build sequence (framing, windows, roofing and other trades) and keep you updated if anything shifts. Send us your schedule with your drawings and we'll confirm timing when we quote.
No job too big or small: we take on projects of any size, from single homes and renovations to large multi-family and commercial builds. With 20+ years of experience, we'll plan the work around your schedule.
Every common type of siding: James Hardie fibre cement, vinyl (including products from manufacturers such as Gentek, Royal and Kaycan), cedar and wood, metal and aluminum, engineered wood and board & batten, plus soffit, fascia and trim. We also work with exterior insulation and building-envelope prep on new builds. If your spec calls for something else, ask us.
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we install to manufacturer guidelines. Our workmanship is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
